1. This offer is fulfilled by a third party vendor. This offer is not a product of TripExplorer.com and therefore, TripExplorer.com shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation or warranty whatsoever in connection with this offer (including the quality thereof) or in connection with the timelines of their delivery/ conduct by the Vendor and shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the same. This special offer entitles you for two nights and three days complimentary stay for a couple and a child below 3 years at any resorts or hotels listed herein. Holiday can only be utilized in month of June, July, August and September of 2009.

The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein is entirely voluntary. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer.

2. A processing fee of $20 for two nights with breakfast has to be paid by the customer on confirmation of booking. The confirmation is subject to payment of the prescribed charges. Payment can be made by online using credit card.

3. A minimum of two weeks advance notice is required for confirmation. The offer holder must give three preferred options of dates and destinations at the time of booking request to process the booking. All room bookings are subject to availability and prior bookings.

4. Customer will get a confirmation voucher; customer is required to carry the same to the hotel. Once a confirmation voucher is issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.

5. The packages are not valid for certain peak periods like Independence day holiday (15th August).

6. This offer can only be booked through our office via online process and not directly with the hotels.

7. The Holiday vouchers are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-negotiable and has no cash value.

8. Hotels have rights to charge for the additional facilities not included in this package like additional bed, telephones, laundry and other leisure facilities. All extras that are not mentioned in the packages are to be paid directly to the hotel before checkout. Charges for extra beds and accompanying children will be additional.

9. The complimentary offer can be utilized by the person to whom it is issued or by the nominated person.

10. The gift voucher does not include any other charges for facilities not mentioned herein.

11. The holiday can be redeemed only once.

12. The company reserves right to change the redemption hotels without prior notice into similar category.

13. The offer is valid for from June to September 2009 only.

14. Offer is not valid for group bookings

15. Not more than 2 gift vouchers can be redeemed at a time.

16. Any disputes are to be addressed directly to the vendor and subject to the Jurisdiction of Mumbai Court only.

17. Booking Cancellations: Incase of cancellation or no-show for ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER, there is no future credit or refund.
