a list of countries which have Visa-Free Movement Regime with Ukraine .

United States of America, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,
Malta, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Andorra, Principality of Liechtenstein, Principality of
Monaco, Republic of Iceland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Holy See (State of the Vatican
City), The Netherlands, The Swiss Confederation, United Kingdom.

General Requirements for obtaining a visa for Ukraine :

• A passport valid for at least the six months (with at least one blank page available).
• One Visa Application Form, completed and signed.
• One passport size photo.
• A copy of Round-trip ticket or a booked Itinerary from AeroSvit Airlines showing travel
  to and from Ukraine .
• Letter of Invitation from a Ukrainian or American tourist agency or a confirmation from a
  Ukrainian Hotel.
• Filled out & Signed our Service Order Form.

Note: The Consulate may request additional documentation if necessary.

Once you have the above documents in order please call us prior to sending documents.
Make payment to Trip Explorer and send a Pre-paid return FedEx Airbill or
appropriate fee.
